Pacific Spine, Inc. is an orthopedic spine distributor. We import high-end, minimally invasive, innovative spine implants from the US and Europe and market in the Philippines. We are a small company with a start-up atmosphere, but are already recognized in the orthopedic marketplace. Poised for growth, we are looking for like-minded individuals who can contribute to that growth and take on more responsibility (and earnings) as it comes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage company’s day to day accounting needs, work hand in hand with outside accounting firm to keep accurate and up to date accounting records
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Handles correspondence and other related operational activities in the absence of the General Manager.
- Handles record system of inventory, sales and purchases.
- Double checks completeness and accuracy of all incoming documents and reports including reimbursements, liquidations and other records submitted to the General Manager for approval or signature.
- Records all reimbursements, liquidations and other transactions approved by the GM .
- Handles the cash advances, liquidations and reimbursements of the GM.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the GM from time to time.
- Directly reports to the General Manager.
- Act as office coordinator.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Perform general clerical and admin duties.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting or Finance related field
- Must be fluent in ENGLISH, will be directly reporting to a foreigner (American)
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in MS Office: Advanced Microsoft EXCEL skills is a MUST
- Can work independently.
- Female – not older than 28
- Willing to work in Makati
- Able to start immediately
