Finance Manager - Fixed Assets

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Finance Manager, primary responsibilities of the position will also include managing and coordinating the Accounting, Payments, Fixed Assets operations as well as Fund management; monitor and coordinate the Company’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/Budget; ensure that finance policies and procedures are consistently followed; financial reports and analyses are accurately and timely prepared in accordance with Philippine/International Financial Reporting Standards(PFRS/IFRS), FIM and Group reporting standards; accurate and timely preparation of reports required by government and statutory authorities; and to ensure that robust control procedures are in place to safeguard Company’s assets. The position is also expected to keep abreast of new tax and PEZA decisions and to actively participate and contributes inputs to achieve HDPP’s business objectives.
Skills/Experience Required:
- BS in Accounting, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Lotus Notes).
- Have at least three (3) years experience in a managerial capacity
- Performs a broad range of managerial responsibilities over others; must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records; hardworking, independent and results-oriented.
- Demonstrates ability to work under pressure and deadlines with minimum supervision
