Requirements:

• CPA with MBA degree
• Preferably with experience in setting-up a corporation i.e, SEC/BOI registration, etc.
• Knowledge in making a Feasibility Study
• Good in oral and written communications
• Good interpersonal skills, able to inter-act with people of all levels both in professional and social situations
