Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Must be a CPA
- At least 5 years experience in accounting and financial management.
- Has the ability to deal with different types of people in the organization.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work in Federated States of Micronesia.
