Key Accounts Specialist
OBJECTIVE/S

The Retail Supervisor position is responsible for handling selected direct retail accounts while ensuring effective receivables management, inventory (stock) management, management of merchandisers, relationships management with account-holders, and achievement of sales quota.

REGULAR DUTIES
  • Manage all merchandise and ensure availability of stocks in the area covered by the retail accounts. Coordinate with Central Warehouse to check availability of stocks.
  • Ensure that stock is received according to the Company procedures, and that stock transfers are correctly processed
  • Follow/ create standards in managing assigned retail stores ensure on time collection of receivables.
  • Achieve and maintain all Client and Customer standards by overseeing and directing activities of Merchandisers within an assigned territory. Manage all subordinates.
  • Share competitive knowledge and best practices with team.
  • Monitor stock levels in the store and request stock
  • Generate sales report.
  • Achieve assigned sales quota and manage accounts receivables
  • Properly implement account activities.
Other Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • With at least 1-3 years experience in sales handling fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).
  • With above average communication, presentation, and PR skills
  • Hardworking, with a high energy level and a positive attitude, strong in customer service
