OUR COMPANY
QSC Manpower Services is a vision of an employee with more than twenty (20) years of solid work experience in a large scale shipping company. This employee, backed up by two decades of experience in Crewing, Ship Management, Human Resources and Training, aspired to set up her own business. With the support and trust of colleagues and former employers, she put up QSC. Equipped with her idealism tamed by her experience, the entrepreneur sets out to prove that she can fulfill her vision of becoming the preferred local and international Manpower Services provider.
QSC started its operation in April 2000 and is a registered and duly licensed private recruitment and placement agency by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE). It is likewise a registered service subcontractor under Department Order Number 18-02, issued by the DoLE.
Managed by a group of dedicated, honest, efficient personnel, QSC ensures clients of effective service delivery. It has a full time and competent Human Resources staff to ensure clients of rigid screening of all applicants through psychological testing, targeted selection interviews, and background checking. QSC ensures that all deployed workers undergo orientation procedures and trainings depending on the requirements of the position or upon request of the client.
QSC stands by the conviction that providing QUALITY SERVICE and PEOPLE is a COMMITMENT. The basic principles of HONESTY, DISCIPLINE, EFFICIENCY, and PROFESSIONALISM are imbibed in the minds of QSC employees as guidelines for their individual and collective performance. All these principles are geared towards the growth of the companies that QSC serves.
QSC is a member of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), a professional organization of over 1,000 member companies and individual management executives engaged in human resource management and industrial relations work. QSC also boosts of its support to charitable institutions and is on its way to putting up a QSC Foundation to pursue its community outreach programs. A brainchild of the owner herself who has this passion and philanthropic heart to help those people in need, QSC has already done Medical Missions and has granted some scholarship grants to deserving students of Aklan.

- Average oral and written communication skills,
- Computer literate,
- Graduate of any four (4) year course,
- With minimum of 1 year inventory auditing or retail experience experience.
