FINANCE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:
- Assists the Executive Coordinator and the Technical Officers in preparing the budget to be requested to the PR;
- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of disbursements and releasing of checks;
- Prepares Financial Memorandum and checks accuracy of details;
- Timely releasing of Check payments to employees, suppliers and others;
- Prepares Cash Position and Financial reports; and
- Performs other tasks as necessary for the project.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, CPA preferred
- At least two (2) years experience in accounting, finance/treasury or audit
- Knowledgeable in Accounting and Auditing Standards/Principles, Local Taxation
- Not younger than 23 years old
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computerized Accounting System
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
