Property Company of Friends, inc., more popularly known as Pro-Friends is a property development company that started operations in February 1999.
It was established by a group of dynamic individuals who espoused a common vision of providing very affordable quality homes in real community setting, believing that building better homes means better lives.
Initially, Pro-Friends were focused on providing homes for the low income group, whose main source of financing is the Home Development Mutual Fund or Pag-IBIG Fund. Over the years however, the company’s product offerings have become diversified and now addresses the needs f its various markets – from low cost housing subdivisions and medium-rise condominiums buildings for the low income group, to townhouses and single detached units for the higher end of the income spectrum. It has also started to veer away from small pocket developments and instead focused on state developments
To date, the company has provided more than 10,000 quality and affordable housing units to its satisfied clientele mostly in Cavite area, where it found its market niche.
Moreover, the company prides itself in having developed a housing technology that has vastly improved not only the quality of products, but also the efficiency of its operations and consequently its financial position, after being in operation for less than 10 years.

Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller Post Date: 16 Aug 09
Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient performance of the Accounting Department. This includes instituting financial and accounting controls, budgeting, compliance with government regulations, and the preparation of sound financial reports to meet reporting requirements .
Qualifications
- Male / Female; at least 30 years old
- With a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, preferably a CPA
- Must have experience working as an Accounting Manager for at least three years
- Work experience in a realty company is an advantage
