Leadership & People Management: You will be working closely with the Accenture process experts and the most talented individuals in the industry in providing & developing direction to all staff associated with the implementation of accounting services.


Service Delivery Infrastructure: You will be responsible for helping your team meet client contract agreements by directing supervision of day-to-day activities of professional and clerical staff providing accounting services for a client’s business line.

Internal & External Risk Management: Develop your management skills as you work with all stakeholders to identify internal & external risks associated with RTR processing and implement robust process, people and system changes to mitigate identified risks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree is required
• At least 2 years leadership experience
• Must have handled teams of at least 5 members
• Must be willing to work in shifting schedules
• Strong technical background in General Accounting
