EDWARD MARCS PHILIPPINES, INC. has been instrumental in the successful operations of the local power industry as the supplier and distributor of renewable energy products. As the demand for energy efficient products increased, we are now expanding and inviting professionals to join our diversified team.

We are now looking for people who can diligently work on assigned territories to identify business opportunities and who consistently employs a consultative, customer focused sales approach in meeting and exceeding sales targets; willing to be trained in renewable energy systems and preferable with work experience in selling solar water heaters and other unique and challenging products.

Accounting Staff
(National Capital Reg - Quezon City)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the safekeeping and updating of all Books of Account.
• Prepare financial reports which may be needed from time to time.
• Take charge of petty cash management and disbursement upon the approval of immediate supervisor.
• Maintain good working relationship with Government Offices particularly City Hall, BIR, SSS, Philhealth & Pagibig Fund.
• Prepare mandatory reports submitted to Government Offices (i.e. BIR monthly remittances, Vat payables, Witholding Tax payable, SSS forms, etc.)
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Maintain good working relationship with suppliers and business contacts.
• Monitor office supplies and request for replenishment when necessary.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
• Required language(s): English and Tagalog
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
