FINANCIAL MANAGER Post Date: 06 Aug 09
The Financial Manager will be responsible for the :
- Financial and accounting components of the company.
- He or she will be a key member of the executive management team helping the organization by highlighting its financial performance, providing financial analysis and recommendations, budgeting and forecasting, managing internal and external audits, cash management, cost component preparation for bids and proposals, project cost monitoring, profitability reports; assuring compliance with the reporting requirements of funding agencies (USAID, World Bank, ADB, etc.) and the Philippine government agencies (BIR, SEC, SSS, etc.).
The qualified candidate should have:
- A Degree in Accountancy/Finance
- CPA; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years extensive work experience in financial management and supervisory capabilities
- Relevant experience working with USAID projects
- A strong ability to establish and utilize a computerized financial system, including familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word and Platinum Accounting System
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
