Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics or Equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of experience in financial modeling, analysis and forecasting and preparation of feasibility studies.
- Preference will be given to applicants with financial or management consulting experience gained from big four firms or related finance experience gained from banks, investment houses or other property developers
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work effectively in a dynamic working environment
- Highly motivated, resourceful and willing to work long hours if needed
