Daikyo International Philippine Inc. (DIPI) specializes in cutting of adhesive tapes and conversion, cushion/filter/insulator (with or without adhesive) and other die cutting related items.
The company was established in the Philippines on June 21, 1999 and begins its business operation on September 8, 2000. DIPI is a PEZA Registered Ecozone Export Enterprise. The company with a lot of 2,500 square meter is located at # 103 Quality Drive, PEZA SEPZ Carmelray Industrial Park 1 Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna.
Our mother company, Daikyo Giken Kogyo Co. Ltd. is located at Sagamihra City, Japan. It has branches in Thailand, Taiwan and Korea. Our major raw material suppliers are Daikyo Giken Co. Ltd., 3M Philippines, Nitto Denko Phils. Corp., Avery Philippines Inc. and Thermobreak Philippines.
We are equipped with machinery such as rotary cutting machines, press cutting machines with different power capacities, slitting machine for roll and sheet materials, sheet cutting machine and laminating machine. To further improve our services and product line, we have acquired new press machine with a stronger capacity of 60 tons with a larger cutting size and a new rewinding slitting machine.
Our inspection capability is supported by Quickscope (computerized microscope measurement) conventional microscopes, luminated senses and cleanroom facilities with Class 1000 and Class 10,000 capability. Semi-cleanroom facilities is controlled with Class 100 capability.
